Next Board Meeting Moved to August 26th
The date of the next board meeting has been moved to August 26th. As always the meeting will be at the Starbucks
at the corner of Murphy Rd. and FM 544 from 6:30 to 7:30 pm.

New Board Member
Jerod Wright is moving out of our community and as such is stepping down from his position on our HOA board. Amber
Loveridge has been appointed and agreed to take his place on the board until our annual meeting when we have our board
elections. Thanks goes out to Amber for taking on this responsibility.

New Lights to be Installed
Soon you may notice some work going on at both of our community's entrances. We are having lights installed along with
electrical outlets that can be used for Christmas lights. It has been a long process but all the licenses have been obtained
and the work will soon begin. Thanks to the board and Jennifer Rewerts at Principal Management Group for getting this
pushed through.
