Our HOA Board has been in contact with the Board of the Fairfield of Plano HOA for the purpose of exchanging information and ideas. There has been two main topics so far. The first is the probability and timing of installing a traffic light at the intersection of Brand Road and F.M. 544. The second is the probability and timing of instituting a "quiet zone" for the railroad tracks that pass through Murphy and by our community. The letters below provide information pertaining to these topics.
