(All meetings are to be held at the Starbucks on the corner of F.M. 544 and
Murphy Road in Murphy from 6:30 to 7:30 p.m. unless noted otherwise.

HOA Meeting Rules of Conduct
1. No profanity
2. No threatening gestures (finger pointing, throwing papers, etc.)
3. Please refrain from interrupting a meeting already in progress if you arrive late
4. No berating the Board members or other HOA members
5. During Open Forum time, please limit questions to pertinent issues
6. Interrupting the speaker is not allowed
7. Be respectful
8. A 2 minute time limit will be imposed for each question so that all HOA members in
attendance will have an opportunity to speak
The HOA Board has the right to ask anyone who does not abide by these rules to leave the meeting. If that does not take care of the problem, then the Board has the authority to call an end to the meeting.
